Appointments & Arrival Times
Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full experience and treatment time booked.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you where possible; however, late arrival may result in treatment time being reduced, adjusted, or, in some cases, the appointment needing to be rescheduled if there is not enough time remaining before the next scheduled client.
Due to the short appointment times allocated for express treatments such as eyebrow waxing, tinting, lip waxing and similar quick services, clients arriving more than 5 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and rescheduled.
If you decide on the day of your appointment that you no longer wish to have part of your booked treatment or service, the full original appointment cost will still be payable, as insufficient notice has been given and we are unable to make up the loss financially.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We kindly ask that at least 48 hours’ notice is provided if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
We completely understand that children become unwell, work commitments overrun, and emergencies happen. As a small business, however, missed appointments and late cancellations have a significant financial impact.
We do not charge clients directly for missed appointments or late cancellations and instead absorb the loss financially.
However, a non-refundable booking fee will be required before any future appointments can be booked following insufficient notice, same day cancellations, no-shows, or appointments that cannot go ahead due to late arrival.
Appointment reminder emails and/or messages are sent as a courtesy approximately 48 hours before your appointment; however, clients remain responsible for managing and attending their appointments.
The following non-refundable booking fees will apply to future bookings where sufficient notice has not been given:
Less than 48 hours’ notice – 25%
Less than 24 hours’ notice – 50%
Same day cancellation – 75%
Failure to attend / no-show – 100%
Payment will be required via a secure payment link before any future appointments can be confirmed.
Booking fees are redeemable against your future treatment cost, provided the appointment is attended and completed as booked.
If appointments are cancelled outside of the required notice period, missed, or not attended due to late arrival, the booking fee will be retained to help cover the loss financially.
Repeated missed appointments, late cancellations, or failure to pay the required booking fee may result in us being unable to accommodate future bookings.
Amendments to Terms & Conditions
Management reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
