PLEASE NOTE: The online booking fee is non-refundable. If you wish to move your appointment then your booking fee can move with it but can’t be refunded if you cancel your appointment. We are a small business so please give us at least 24hrs if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
Bookings can only be for up to 2 hours at a time online. Please contact the salon directly if you wish to book more treatments than this time allows. We also would advise calling us if you want to book more than one treatment at a time.
PLEASE NOTE: Ruth is at full capacity with her regular client base, so unfortunately cannot accommodate any new clients. Please ONLY book with Ruth if you are a regular client of Ruth's.
Please call the salon to book treatments that require patch testing (i.e. tints)
Do you have a Gift voucher?
If you are booking with a gift voucher, please don’t book online. Instead, contact us via Whatsapp or call the salon directly to book your treatment. This way you won’t be asked to pay a deposit (online deposits are non-refundable) and we can make sure everything is smooth for you.
