Terms & Conditions


Late arrivals - If you are unable to make your appointment on time, please let us know as soon as possible. We will endeavour to carry out as much of the treatment as we can, but you will still be charged the full amount of your treatment. This is also the case if you decide on the day that you don't need or want one of your treatments as it does not give us enough time to fill the appointment slot. 


Missed appointments & Cancellations -

We send out text and email reminders 48 hours before your appointment so we would appreciate it if you could give us at least 48 hours notice so we can try and fill the appointment slot.

Failure to give us notice will incur the following non - refundable booking fees:
Less than 48 hours notice – 25%
Less than 24 hours notice – 40%
On the day – 75%
No show – 100%


When you would like to book your next appointment with us after any one of these cancellations you will need to call or come into the salon. (Online booking will not be an option).

Your booking can be made once you have paid your non-refundable booking fee. This can be paid over the phone or in salon and you may move your appointment around if needed before the 48 hours. The booking fee will be deducted from the payment for the treatment, provided that you honour and pay on the day, otherwise the fee will be retained to off-set our losses.


Data protection - All client information is taken in the strictest confidence for our own internal use and is never passed to third parties. 


Treatment times - Where treatment times are given, they are for guidance only and include client preparation. If for reasons beyond our control the therapist booked for your appointment is unavailable, we will endeavour to contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details when making appointments.
